Any email sent directly from Sage 100 should be accessible to see exactly what was sent and to what e-mail address and we should also be able to forward this e-mail in case the vendor or customer says they never received the email.

  • Agreed! The way we have to do this now is to include an internal email address on all those emails so we can see what the vendor sees, and as you said, forward if they didn't get it.

  • Kristyn, any e-mails sent from Sage 100 should show in your sent folder in your mail client. I can easily locate any e-mail sent by simply searching my sent folder. We use Office365.
