With more and more sites running virtual desktops there should be updated and consolidated information on troubleshooting Sage Intelligence.

This should include a concise set of required user rights, troubleshooting for common issues like missing Report Designer, etc. Presently this information is available through the KB but the search uncovers many different documents - some of which appear outdated and some of which have not been updated in many years ( such as the guide to installing Sage Intelligence over Citrix).

IT departments ask for this information and it's very difficult to find the most updated documentation to send to them.
