Presently PII data is controlled as a setting in role maintenance. Having the ability to see/edit/print is great but there are times when a person with this ability does NOT want to print the PII (SSN) on the check register. So they would have to remove that from their role setting, create a new role without the ability or have someone with less clearance generate the report. By putting as a report setting, user can control what is printed every time with just a selection check.

While this is mainly for PR reports, as PII becomes more prevalent, I could see this setting on any module report that has PIII information.
