For customers who want to control or would like more control over what accounts are available for posting. Currently when a user enters in a full GL account it is automatically created if all segments are valid and this can lead to unnecessary accounts created which can cause confusion.

Possibly take away their create right in role maintenance. tasks | GL | Maintenance/data entry | account maintenance | create
