In the Library Master module, the task scheduler allows you to automate tasks within Sage 100.

It would be great if it would allow you to schedule AR Statements to be emailed every week or month using the Paperless Office module. Right now, the user needs to manually go into Sage 100, click on the Print button to email the AR Statements manually. After manually starting that process, that workstation will be tied up for quite some time. It would be nice to schedule this after hours as well.

On the side note, setting this up in Sage Alerts would just take too much time. You have to set up the Crystal Form and assign it to every customer. If you have 1000+ customers, it would just take too long for a simple task. The user would also have to maintain the email recipients in Sage Alerts instead of Sage 100.

It would be great to have this scheduled automatically using Task Scheduler within Sage 100. It will save customers a lot of time.
