We need a report that shows only the gross pay that is taxable. Most of the Payroll reports show all of their earnings in their gross pay. We give employee's reimbursments and we need a report that shows their total gross pay without the reimbursement.

  • Do you have access to the Crystal Reports designer? Going forward, it's best to enter reimbursements as Negitive deductions, which adds to the net pay, not the gross.
