The Skip Record function on the Record Tab in Visual Integrator is so limited. There is no And/Or capability, no ability to skip records based on a formula like you can use to conditionally assign data items. If you add the same kind of functionality that exists for assigning data items to the Skip Records function it would greatly enhance the VI import capability.
