Many clients want to give bonuses at year end but don't want the federal and state taxes withheld however they need to to withhold fica and medicare. The wages need to be added to the withholding taxable wages.

Avron, aren't bonuses in your state still subject to ALL payroll taxes? By not deducting these taxes, an employee may end up owing tax on their returns.
