Scenario: I need to review or adjust several import jobs but don't need to run them. I adjust one, I'm prompted to execute the job and answer "No". It should then return me to import job maintenance, but instead the task is closed and I have to go back to the menu to re-launch it.

I agree. Same for Export Maintenance. If you select "NO" to executing the job,the maintenance windows should stay open allowing you to pick another job to edit.
