As a Sage Reseller we setup the Sage Advisor Notification on our customers Sage 100 server to email our support staff when an update is available for Sage 100. This allows our company to proactively support our customers and make sure they are using the latest release of the software.

It benefits the Customer, Reseller and Sage as ideally all customers should be on the latest version and service releases.

The issue with the current notification being sent is that it does not indicate any customer information making it difficult to determine where email originated from. It uses the name of the computer as shown below:

Sage.US.SBS.ERP.Sage100.PR has updates that can be applied to the computer named LIDITI90.
Open Sage Advisor Update to the Manage Updates view to review the updates.
