ditto for ALL auto completes please. account maintenance/inquiry, vendor maintenance etc.
FYI - Inactive customers can be suppressed in SO order or invoice entry and AR invoice or cash receipts entry by unchecking the Display Inactive Customers in ALE Lookups checkbox for the company code in company maintenance. Customer maintenance screen is different because that screen is used to change an existing customer (e.g. reactivate an inactive customer).
thanks Steve. that solves half the problem. I wish they would do this for G/L look ups as well. IE during AP invoice data entry. This is very problematic for companies who have changed/cleaned up their chart of accounts. all the inactive accounts constantly pop up.
We have customers who are interested in this feature change, and according to Justin, it should be applied system-wide.
