I run the Check History Report in payroll for the CFO and for the auditors outside of the company. The report shows the whole social security number. I am currently using Sage 100 2018 version. When I was using MAS90, there was a check box to not include social security number on the report. Please put that option back on the report. In this day and age, we should have an option to remove identifying and sensitive data from reports when they are not needed.

  • Stacy is on PR 2.21.0 and Advanced.

  • Stacy, to mask the social security number on payroll reports, uncheck the Payroll Security Option in Role Maintenance, "Allow viewing, printing and editing of Highly Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information".
