Since Sage Production requires step 00000 and work order did not. It would be very useful if there was a utility to create step 0000 with default activity and no labor hours to facilitate the conversion. We now have to create an import in the routing of the work order module prior to converting work order to Sage Production.

In the 2022 Release, this will be handled during conversion. Step “000000” records will be created if they don’t exist.
