60% of the time I export reports out of Sage 100 (AP, AR, Inventory, GL, etc.) I get an error and everything closes out. This is very frustrating when I am exporting several reports that have special selections being made and I am needing to do it several times before it lets me save it.

Depending on the information being exported, you might try Excel Queries pulling the data directly from Sage. Once you get the gist of queries, they are quite easy to use.
Deanna, I have had similar problems exporting reports directly to excel. Sometimes it works and sometimes it crashes. Not sure if this is a Sage issue, Crystal Issue or a Microsoft issue. What I have started doing is just exporting reports I want in excel to DISK and not to APPLICATION.
