If ROI takes place before ROG, which can happen in some cases, the freight amount is zeroed out on the PO. Then when ROG takes place, if the user doesn't catch it and/or look it up, and landed cost is in play, the items received are not burdened with the extra freight amount. The "burden" is on the user to fix data that the system wiped out.

Most won't realize the system removes the Freight amount when the invoice is posted before the goods are received. This totally messes up Landed Cost. It just doesn't make sense the system makes this change. Especially since it is not transparent the change occurs.
