When updating a work ticket quantity production management currently defaults this change to do no scale on the option popup, then it requires you to select labor and material in order to scale the materials required and issued correctly. At a minimum these windows should default to a yes Scale the work ticket and default to scaling both material and labor. A more complex solution would be to give a company options to auto scale and which things to auto scale during work ticket updates.
