Explore reports are very powerful and easy to use, especially compared to Crystal Reports. For our company the PREVIEW VIEW of explore reports that gives line item detail is where the real benefit is, I think the preview view (ie. line item detail) should be a default view. Having to train every employee to remember to click the preview button to get into a saved report is clunky and has made many employees hesitant to use these reports. This should be an easy fix. Basically just double the amount of BI report for each module, so we can directly open the PREVIEW VIEW task and save reports more easily.
