The ship to address and warehouse should be driven by the users login information, not a default. We have several locations and we end up with Purchase orders being shipped to the wrong location all the time.

When the defaults button is pressed in the Purchase Order data entry, you can enter defaults and optionally save them for this and future sessions or have them apply only to the current session of purchase order entry.
Once a user and workstation default has been set for Purchase Order Entry, saved when exiting the defaults dialog, the defaults will be used for all subsequent new entries in Purchase Order Entry during this session and subsequent sessions by this user and workstation.
If the defaults are not saved after pressing Ok on the defaults dialog the defaults will apply to the current session only.
If there is no user & workstation default record for Purchase Order Entry module defaults are used.
Saved defaults are unique to each data entry, so for example purchase order defaults will not default in receipt of goods entry.
