Security improvements. It would be great If any entry in any maintenance field (ie. item, customer,vendor, account maintenance etc) would allow us to restrict access by role.
For example. Vendor #123 and/or GL Account #112233 have sensitive information stored in their maintenance task, Sage would allow us to keep these entries “private” to a few select users. It would override the security function of “viewing” for these tasks but just for the selected entries.
For us, it wouldn’t need to affect reporting per se, but having a report on which entries are made “private” would be great.
