I would like to have the ability to mark a PO as confirmed by the vender along with a memo with the confirmation. Then When running reports, I can sort based on whether the confirmation was received.

We added a check box to our PO main panel, along with one to mark when a PO was sent, but it's not integrated with report printing so it's only useful when looking at the actual PO. Also, due to how Sage works, after printing and sending a PO, the user has to remember to re-open that PO and check the boxes.
