Update the Reorder Rules to allow it to plan in time rounded by case. Add a new rule to all the RO policy to look the demand need is a set time from the IRP to determine what inventory level to maintain and round it by case increments.

This value will be a static time value, but the quantity can change as the demand can change within the time setting window. You would be able to set the Reorder point value to lets say 45 days stock based on lead time and the system will always maintain a ROP value of 45 without needing the value update even thou demand spike or drop over time.

As note this is a standard parameter or more robust ERP's, with the recent improvement in the IRP it is turning into a function system.
