It will be nice that while a work ticket is in an open status, to have the ability to change the template and or revision. Currently you can not change either of these fields. What is the purpose of a revision if you can not change it on a work ticket.
Once a work Ticket is released I agree that the header of the work ticket should not be able to be changed to ensure the integrity of the data.
