Payroll enters workers time to a piece of equipment.
If they enter the time manually and the piece of equipment is out of service a pop up appers that says :Equioment is out of service, do you wish to continue? yes or no"
If they enter the time through an upload and the equipment is out of service there is no pop up. There is a error on the print file but it still allows the time to be posted to the job. This should not happen, it should be rejected.
