Pls fix the issue with the background task. Since we have upgraded to 13.1 my background task didapper and go blank. 4 times this month I've had to have our IT people rename that file just for it to work.. twice today

• I have never had background tasks since it first disappeared. I was told it was a known unresolved problem.

• This is a very annoying problem.
  I have been in contact with Sage support regarding this issue.
  The workaround in the KB does not work.
  We really would appreciate it if someone in Sage support would take the bull by the horns and get this fixed once and for all.
