When using the Desk Top and Selecting "Billing>Task>Quick Bill>Additional Info Tab" the Additional Info Tab Screen opens up to full Screen, Currently there is not an option to Adjust this screen so it will not take up the whole monitor. The only way to center this "box" is to click and drag. This wasn't a problem prior to the upgrade to 13.1. The Attachment screen centers correctly, but the Additional Information Tab and the "ellipses" open up in full screen and there is no way to make any screen adjustments to keep them from opening up full screen every time.
