In SM Setup you choose to SORT by Employee ID or Employee Name which defaults all SM for all users. Some employees would like to have it sort by Employee ID and others by Employee Name. It would be nice to be able to toggle back and forth depending on what information you have. I don't always have the employee's ID number and it causes a problem.
