It would be nice to save condition settings. I enter the same conditions each month to check the balances for the different divisions of the company. I always have to re-enter the same conditions each month and then change them according to the different divisions. It is an arduous process and would be great if there was a more standardized way to quickly and efficiently get the information.

For example, when looking at the YTD ledger, in order to look by each division in a range of GL accounts, I have to enter five different conditions. It would be great, to save that condition set and not have to manually enter it each month.

  • I definitely need that! Need a way to save the conditions we create for specific reports and save that into a file like the "MY Tasks" are saved. When we access the report, there could be two options -- use "My Saved Conditions" or use "Original Conditions" and click on one of those boxes before processing report.

  • This can be done by creating a Macro. I have a couple sets of reports with differing conditions that I run at month end. Now I just run the macro and print the reports to file
