We use these user defined fields for tracking the ETA on each line item. Once an item has been recevied on the PO - we cannot update arrival changes on any of the outstanding items on the PO. This change would ensure that our employees have the most up to date information on their computer screen instead of waiting for the PO department to print and then manually handwrite all of the changes.
