Request table that indexes states and cities to counties. I have the need to print revenue by State, County and City. Because I can’t find where Sage 300 CRE has a table that indexes states and cities to counties, I use Microsoft Access to report Revenue by State, County and City using Sage 300 CRE records from BL – Invoice, BL – Item and JC – Job along with the Microsoft Access Table I created named “Cities, Counties and State”.

This is especially more difficult and time consuming than it should be when you also use Service Management to find state, city, and county of work orders in addition to jobs. We use Job Cost city, state, and renamed one of the open fields to county and I join them in a formula or report as needed, but this still doesn't report on service work orders so it is not a complete list unless we can get it all on one, preferably stored in JC.
