We would like to be able to change the font color or red flag customers that need special attention to their accounts so that they do not potentially get scheduled for service if there is an issue.

This is a great idea!!!!!!!!! Even is Info Assitant Aging, it would be nice to see customers that are inacative or COD customers with a flag.
Great idea, especially for inactive customers/vendors.
In SM, pick a location and go to Properties. On the Billing tab, click "On Credit Hold." This is not exactly what you are requesting but it will block new work orders from being created.
