After upgrading from 9.8 to 14.1 custom reports did not print properly and were garbled then we ran upgrade crystal reports and the problem is still there.
Tried printing to different network printers and non-network printer connected directly to desktop, again no success.
Also renamed the general key and tried different print drive, no success
If we save the report to a pdf file we can then print it from that pdf file.
