the heading labels are incredibly inconsistent between reports and between modules. Please put some effort into standardizing them so they are easier to read. Also, better labels would be good. ie call the column Approved CR's. Think of it from the angle of a person who doesn't work in the software reviewing the reports and having to understand them.
