Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate: It would be way faster if there was a hot button to add contract items when entering new contract items for a contract based job. Moving the mouse up to the "add contract items" icon is slow and cumbersome.

Who would not want this as it would significantly speed up the time consuming process of entering contract items in a contract based job when setting up the job initially.

The existing process of clicking the icon to "enter contract items" is cumbersome as you have to move your mouse pointer to the icon each time you want to enter a new contract item and when doing this your mouse pointer automatically moves back to the middle of the screen when the new contract item is entered. This means you have to drag your pointer up to the icon again.

Having to use the mouse button to enter information to setup contracts is so time consuming! Since this is really a data entry thing, then having quick keys to get to the field that you need to enter would be so useful! Or possibly having the ability to customize an entry grid to only include the information that you need to fill in and have it in a data entry format instead of having to use the mouse and clicking in the multiple fields and tabs that you use.
