AAtrix should not be forcing us to pay to file our state quarterly taxes, this service is free online. We should be able to run our quarterly reports, save them and electronically file our quarterly reports. It is wrong for AAtrix to force us to pay for something that is free. We did not ask for there service, Timberline added this our our program, so Timberline should be paying there fees.

I agree, but I think Timberline should develop an XML report that can be uploaded directly to the State's web site which other software developers have done. Then you could upload the XML files yourself to the state's web site.
Now that some states are requiring their SUI or SWH reports to be filed electronically, we can no longer send in the paper reports so we are stuck paying for the filing service so I agree with the other comments.
I agree if you have an active service contract Sage it should be a free filing option.
I totally agree with all of you on this. Most important AAtrix's UI reports are wrong and they blame Timberline and Timberline blames Aatrix. I have to manually enter my Arkansas Unemployment into the States website because Aatrix doesn't recognize we do business in several other states and it doesn't take in consideration the Excess wages and won't let you edit it. I have complained about this for over 15 years now, and nothing has been done about it.
