Change Request Logs currently include the internal change request AMOUNTS in the Pending total even if the box is unchecked to "include internal change requests". Checking the box only enables the internal request to be listed on the log. There should be a report that excludes the internal change request amounts.
We printed a log for an owner who was very confused as to why the pending amount did not agree with the submitted CCR's. The difference was that we had an internal change request which we did not need/want the owner to see. There is no way to get around this unless you change the status of the internal request to "not issued"...at least not that we can find. This is extremely frustrating.
