There should be a way in the customer set up where we can have the system calculate the billable hrs by the customer's store hours.
EX: I have a customer who's contract says we are only allowed to bill per their operating hrs of 6am-6pm; our companies operating hrs are from 7am-4pm. In the register the hrs gets calculated by our companies hrs which is causing the billing dept to go into the timestamps to see if the OT is legitimate OT according to the customer's 6-6. If it is not OT time we have to change it to ST. When there is a lot of time on the job this can be very time consuming!
