There should be a tab for a billing check list. A way for the billing dept to make sure all forms are received for that certain customer.

EX: If a customer requires a signed work order and a refrigerant form there will be a check box for signed work order and a check box for a refrigerant form. When billing is going through the process of billing they can make sure they have everything thing they need in order to send the invoice out to customer.

  • Great suggestion! I had previously suggested that when "Create Invoice" is selected, a pop-up of requirements shows so that the billing person can make sure they didn't miss anything.
