The AP settings allows for Warning if a Commitment amount is exceeded, but it only allows for a dollar amount. So, if you have it set for $100.00, then if an AP invoice exceeds a commitment by $100.00, you get a warning, which is fine if your Commitment is $1,000.00, but if your commitment is for $300,000.00, $100.00 would be ridiculously low. The program should allow for the entry of a "Percentage" to exceed. Set at 5%, if you received an AP invoice for $1,049.00 on a commitment of $1,000.00, you would not get a warning. And if you had a commitment of $300,000.00, and AP Invoices exceeded $315,000.00, then you WOULD get a warning.
