Document Management: Please make it possible to default all the Inboxes to NOT have "Show recent messages only" checked. If someone doesn't approve an invoice right away for whatever reason, that invoice stops showing up in their Inbox automatically after a few weeks, then they never approve it. I know they *could* see it if they'd remember to uncheck that option, but that's hard for them to remember when it doesn't happen very often.
