You can only archive by cutoff date criteria (end date or move out date) or all the leases associated with a property. I find that rather limiting and useless. For instance I have a tenant that moves in and out of units depending on their business needs so I have a lot of amended lease revisions as I add and remove the units. It would be nice to be able to archive lease revision 0 - 8 and have only the last three show in the lease list.
