By payroll process: Batched by each payroll process to disburse stubs to the appropriate employee via the email listed on the Employee record. This would eliminate paper/postage cost and to allow employees to store their stubs electronically to reduce requests for past stubs.
By individual request: Even if a person requests a prior stub(s), using the sample concept to allow the ability to email an employee's stub(s) at one time.

In the trucking industry Mcleod Software sends DD notification to employees personal e-mail addresses. Timberline has e-mailing capabilities and a field for employee e-mail addresses in the employee set up. What's the next step Sage?

This is a basic feature which should be available in the Payroll application without requiring the additional purchase of MyAssistant. With the Payroll application not giving us this functionality or the ability to print Direct Deposit on plain paper with labels, it only appears to me as if they're trying to force us to purchase forms or additional software from them.
That would be correct, its a revenue center plain and simple, i'm a programmer and can tell you that this is a very simple thing to do.
Yes, please! This should be available without having to use MyAssistant. I mean, this even comes standard in basic Quickbooks!

I agree, it's absolutely necessary that Sage makes this feature available.
This is our #1 gripe with using Sage for payroll. Completely outdated.
