We need more than 1 hire, termination, and re-hire date field, it would be best to simply make a table to store the hire and termination dates and make the re-hire field into a checkbox for yes.

Employees in construction are hired, termed and rehired several times. Need sets of hire and term date boxes and term reason box to enter term info. This would create a great employment history file so at least 15 to 20 sets of info --each set consisting of info such as, hire date, term date, term reason should be created.
That's a great idea. Right now I'm entering the information under the attachments of each employee, but would be much better the way you are requesting.
Great Idea. Right now keeping it under the attachments, but not able to print out.
This is exactly what I was coming to suggest. A separate tab in employee set up dedicated to this would be wonderful!! The existing 3 fields can remain and only hold most current data but the "Employment Dates" page would have the ability to hold all dates of hire, terminated, laid-off &/or re-hire dates. I like the idea of an available field to provide a reason also.
Great idea
I concur this would be helpful especially for EDD audit & unemployment wages etc.
