please update accounting and estimating to export reports and estimates to current excel .xlsx format. i know that newer versions of excel can open the legacy version. we sometimes are just sharing reports and will email directly from excel. many excel documents that we share are going to mobile devices such as an ipad which has excel but can not open the older xls format.
