Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate: Develop an XML format for certified payroll reporting that can be uploaded to the State of California's web site. This is now a requirement on public works projects.

All California contractors working on public works projects are required to submit their certified payrolls to the Dept of Industrial Relations web site. Only two options are XML format using the "Schema" they provide, or hand enter all the information each payroll period. The Aatrix form is apparently being accepted but with what they are charging - this isn't cost effective.
