Customer status changes from active to on-hold are very fluid. Currently, there is no way to accurately assess a customer's status without a manual review of the AR Aging, followed by manually changing each customer's status at customer setup. Since AR Aging Reports can be very voluminous, this is a very time-consuming task.

There should be some way to set a date parameter in AR so that when invoice dates exceed the set parameter or if cash receipts are posted to a customer's account, that their status changes accordingly and automatically.

This would be a huge time-saving measure in addition to lending more accuracy and timeliness of the customer's status. As it stands now, it is totally a manual process and as such, it is time-consuming and subject to human error.
