Our company recently had to switch back from the now defunct Sage Timberline Enterprises (STE) platform to (Sage Timberline Office) STO now being called Sage 300 CRE.

We were very happy with the dispatching portion of STE and would love to see many of its features available in CRE (STO). Converting back to CRE (STO) dispatching board is like going from windows 7 to windows 95.

-We used to be able to move jobs easily on multiday calendar views (not the current tabbed view in STE)
-We were able to stage unfinished assignments on individual techs which had no specific dates and were visible all the time.
-We were able to see clearly which jobs techs had checked into and not have to tilt the monitor to see if a job was greyed out when completed.
-We could easily read everything as the programming was more modern and fonts were updated.
-We used to be able to reopen a workorder that was closed instead of having to create a new assignment and deleting the old one
-We could edit work orders which were created incorrectly without having to create another assignment and cancelling the incorrect one

There are other features which can be mentioned but these are some of the biggest issues we are facing.
