On the SM customer header there is a lot of space to the right of the Customer info/Contacts/AR info/links to properties etc. We would like to see a feature added for custom fields where we could place last inspection dates in this area. Having multiple fields available (9 - 12) would be great as there are many types of inspections for both Fire & Sprinkler Systems. This would give us an at a glance record of info - if we inspect that customer - when was last. Some inspections are only ever 2, 3, 5 years so much easier to track than scrolling thru all work orders to look for the last completion date. Some customers have pages of work orders each year, so looking back thru 2, 3, 5 years to determine if an inspection is due is time consuming and not very exact. A sales rep not as familiar with using SM might miss it - the customer doesn't get a quote and the inspection doesn't get scheduled. Currently there is no other option in SM to track this information.
