Ever since we have loaded Version 15.1 Accounting Update 3, our system over a terminal server has become extremely slow in all areas of accessing modules, and all processing. I have employees who start a process, and then take a lap around the building for exercise while waiting for it to process. Then they do it again. I just tried to delete specific line items in WIP and it took exactly 20 seconds to delete each line. I logged directly into the Data Server and the deletions were instantaneous. To post payroll each week, it takes over 30 minutes over the terminal server, but on the data server it only took 4 minutes.

Our system administrators have spent hours with Sage on the phone, and have not been able to speed up the system. They say it is poor program design by Sage. They have completely reinstalled Pervasive and it did not help. We are about ready to look for another platform that will not kill our productivity.
