First, I agree with everyone who has already suggested the ability to change font styles/sizes without having to do it globally in the operating system.

On a related note, the buttons in the toolbars are so small as to make the pictures difficult to see. You can hover over them, but the tooltip font is so small that you practically have to press your nose to the screen to read them.

This could easily be something that resides on the Appearance tab of the Customize window of the Tools menu in TS Main. Something as simple as 3 radio buttons for "Toolbar Size" with options for small (current size), medium (50% larger) and large (100% larger) that would carry across all modules for a specific user.

Lastly, if it helps move readability issues up the priority list, I would point out that if you have the experience to be entrusted with making large purchasing decisions like accounting or ERP software, you are also probably of the age that your eyesight isn't what it used to be. By neglecting readability issues, you are directly making a negative impression on the very demographic that is going to decide whether to buy (or renew) your product.
