We are requesting a pop up screen to show important notes about the customer or vendor if needed that shows up when you go to entering invoices, inquiry or setup for that specific customer or vendor. You could post notes about late payment, issues, invoicing requirements or details needed- that you may not catch if you do not check their notes tab.
